  1. Sea Freight (LCL, 20ft, and 40ft Container Load):

    • For bulk orders and large shipments, we offer sea freight services, including Less Than Container Load (LCL) and Full Container Load (FCL) options.
    • Sea freight shipping is the most cost-effective method for large orders. The delivery time may vary between 20 to 45 days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.
    • Customers are responsible for arranging any local handling fees and port charges at the destination.

  2. Air Freight (Express for Sample Orders):

    • For smaller or sample orders, we provide express air freight shipping. This option ensures faster delivery, typically within 5 to 10 days, depending on the location.
    • Express air freight is recommended for urgent orders or small quantities, as it is a faster but more expensive shipping option.

Shipping Costs:

  • All prices on FactoryDepo.com are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
  • After placing an order, customers will receive a shipping quote. Orders will be processed only after the shipping fees are confirmed and payment is received.
  • For sea freight, the customer may need to pay additional local port handling fees upon arrival.

Customs and Import Duties:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and other fees that may apply in the destination country.
  • FactoryDepo.com is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or failure to pay import fees.

Shipping and Delivery Times:

  • Sea Freight: Estimated delivery time is 20-45 days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Express Air Freight: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 days, depending on location.
  • Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs inspections, shipping line schedules, and port congestion.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • We ensure all orders are packaged securely. In the event of damage during transit, customers should contact us immediately to initiate a claim.
  • Any lost or damaged shipments should be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.
